I ordered a Fuji FinePix 3100 Digital Camera with an extra 128 memory stick. I didn't mind being called to confirm the order as I was offered a special deal on the additional memory stick. I got exactly what I ordered and it arrived via UPS ground in four days.

Really really bad.
The site says it ships to APO addresses- it has been over two months now and they say they are still trying to send me 729 dollars worth of camera.!
It smells like online fraud to me!
They have offered no refund and even threatened to charge more shipping costs when they supposedly got the package returned ( i doubt this- i have given the correct address three times and only now do they see where the problem is).
The site says they insure their articles- patently they do not!! but charge for it.
Then when i tried to call i have been put on hold until i eventually give up!
I would never shop with them again!!!!

The order accuracy was not good at all, the website said that the camcorder I ordered was in stock but it hadn't even been ordered by the company yet. So I paid for 3-5 day delvery and waited 2 weeks before I called them and canceled the order, it was a big dissappointment.

This experience was great. Click for Digital processed my order quickly and accurately. I paid for the upgraded shipping. I ordered the camera on Friday and had it Tuesday. Thanks Click for Digital Your the best.

Click for Digital is the typical store that after receiving the order, calls you to verify information and ALSO to offer you a great variety of accessories. If you buy the accessories then the camera will be shipped immediately but if you decide JUST to buy the camera then the camera is automatically placed in Backorder. I still don't know will shopping.com says this is a "Trusted Store".

Order a camcorder 2 days ago, till now did not receive any email confirmation. Call them,CSR said not posted in his system yet. Told him to cancel the order. Bad experience never deal with them no more.

Click for Digital has been an awesome experience. I ordered and received everything in exactly the time promised. After trying unsuccessfully to reach the manufacturer with questions, I emailed Customer Service at Click for Digital. I had a response within a couple hours. I then telephoned the rep who emailed me (Mike S) who was fabulous. He gave me the information I needed at which time I knew that the product I purchased would not do what I required. He arranged for me to return the product. Once he had the product in his hands (about 2-3 days) he and I spoke and arranged the to have the new product sent to me 2nd day air as I am leaving for my son's wedding in 3 days and wanted the product prior to departure.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Everything that I ordered arrived on time and in excelent condition. I comparison shopped for well over a month before choosing clickfodigital.com and I called them before placeing my order and spoke to a very friendly person on the other end. I mis-read the UPS traking info and wrote them some rather irate e-mails and they were very patient and helpful with me. I will shop clickfordigital.com again!

Ordered on July 5 (it was a holiday) and called to verify tuesday morning. No sales pitch, they just asked if I wanted to buy any accesories,said no and that was it. They shipped that afternoon and I got it that friday.

I picked them because the had the best combination of price on the camcorder and the extended warranty (they were 50 bucks cheaper on the warranty)

Could not have been a better experience. I was surprised at how easy and fast it all went.

I personally highly recommend them.

In a few days after the order I got an offer to buy a lot of other things at bed price and no confirmation to my Nikon coolpix 5200 order. Forwarding has been delayed for a few times. Terrible company.

Just recently purchased a Minolta Dimage Z2.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first reading some of the negative reviews, but after contacting customer service and learning that many of those reviews were due to out of country shipping issues, I decided to give them a try.

Great customer service and no pressure. Camera came on the day it was promised in excellent shape. I would definitely buy from these folks again.

Nowhere on their site they mention that they don't ship to Canada.
They were quick to send me the order number and bill via email. But after waiting for another 6 days to receive tracking number I emailed them to request if they could provide me with the tracking number. I got an one-sentence reply that they don't ship outside US and my order had been cancelled.....I wasted about 7/8 days while I needed the merchandise asap. They didn't even care to say sorry....seems like they don't care about their potential customers north of the border.

Even though ClickForDigital had some negative reviews, they were listed as a "Trusted Store" so I decided to place an order for a Sony DCR-PC109. They didn't have the best price on the web, but were close. As I soon discovered after ordering this "In Stock" item, it is just another company out there trying to lure people with a bait and switch tactic. Even though they supposedly specialize in on-line sales, you will get a good old fashioned telephone call to "confirm" your order a day later. Let the up-selling begin! I didn't want an extra battery, nor the lenses, nor the cases. After getting through all that, I am promised the camera in 7-10 days. But I upgraded to UPS Blue. Turns out that the camera supposedly needs to ship to them from the warehouse - then they will ship it to me. What? They can't ship it to me from the warehouse? I have dealt with companies like this before. Looking at the previous feedback in more detail shows that this is standard operating procedure for this company. Don't bother! You will get burned.

Be careful. If you can find other place, do not try this. I wonder why they got certified from shopping.com. Their attitude is poor. And they will call you to sell you something. And their delivery is late. Their return policy is poor too.
