They do contact you and try to sell you extra stuff, but are polite when you decline. Otherwise, great service and everything was exactly as promised. Shipped extremely fast. We are very pleased. They are just trying to get some extra business by selling add on's, which we understand and have no problem with.

I testify that I have not tried this Company. But I am going to. Do they really sell and ship accordingly only if you purchase accessories? We will find out.

Ordered a Sony P150 camera for very low price. Store called to "confirm my address," and suggested the Sony battery was not very good and suggested an extra battery. I took the deal on the battery. The next day the "book keeping dept." phoned with a problem w/my credit card (I use a virtual card number program from Citibank, if you don't enter it correctly or enter it more than once, it will void the authorization.) I asked her to cancel the order for the extra battery and she told me she could not because she was doing the book keeping part only. I thought to myself "B.S." and asked her to cancel the whole order, which she stated she would, and she promptly hung up. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, even with the "suggestive-sell/you want fries with that?" for the battery (this is always to be expected). I just did not like the inability to change my order i.e. lower the amount of money I am spending.

Even though ClickForDigital had some negative reviews, they were listed as a "Trusted Store" so I decided to place an order for a Sony DCR-PC109. They didn't have the best price on the web, but were close. As I soon discovered after ordering this "In Stock" item, it is just another company out there trying to lure people with a bait and switch tactic. Even though they supposedly specialize in on-line sales, you will get a good old fashioned telephone call to "confirm" your order a day later. Let the up-selling begin! I didn't want an extra battery, nor the lenses, nor the cases. After getting through all that, I am promised the camera in 7-10 days. But I upgraded to UPS Blue. Turns out that the camera supposedly needs to ship to them from the warehouse - then they will ship it to me. What? They can't ship it to me from the warehouse? I have dealt with companies like this before. Looking at the previous feedback in more detail shows that this is standard operating procedure for this company. Don't bother! You will get burned.

Buying was the easy part. Once I made the purchase one of their sales people called and advised me the Yamaha Receiver did not come with a warranty. He said the website advised me of this. I checked and it does not warn you!! He told me all manufactures voided the warranty for the lower priced product sellers. This was a lie as I rechecked other sites and they provided manufacturers warranty. They sold me an extended warranty. I would have canceled but the item was already shipped. I may even return it once it is received. I would not buy from them again

Ordered 3 Nikon Coolpiks 3200 as christmas gifts. When I called to confirm they said the would only sell me one at the advertised price? Ended up ordering from blueswitch.com and was very satisfied.

This store is a complete SCAM. Doesn't anyone think it's funny that all the reviews for this place are either one star or five stars?.....no middle of the road. All of the five stars are their employees (Russian mafia in NY) posting fake "shopping experiences." Read the true (one star) reviews below and judge for yourself.

In a few days after the order I got an offer to buy a lot of other things at bed price and no confirmation to my Nikon coolpix 5200 order. Forwarding has been delayed for a few times. Terrible company.

I won't shopping on this website! Because I order a Sony DSC 101, after I submit the order, one person in the company asked me to pay extra Car charger for $69, I said no, he said the shipping will take 3~4 weeks, not only 3~5 bussiness days! (He said in stock yesterday), This is the cheating and threat!!!

Buyers Beware of this company. I ordered something from them and it never shipped and no one ever called me back to let me know that it wasn't shipping.I can only write 20 words. Don't buy from these people....

Delivery was poor. Took about 1 week. The salesman was very helpful when asked about some of the accessories. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a few accessories along with my camcorder along with express shipment and they delivered everything except the express shipment.
When I received my camcorder,I tried it out right away. I could get sound but no picture. I called Sony. After a brief discussion with them, they told me I had send to send it back to them. It was defective. I called "click for digital" to tell them what Sony had told me. They told me to return it to them and when they received it, they would ship me another one. I asked about who was paying for the return shipment. I was informed that I had to pay for it. I asked about returning my money for the express shipping fee because it was late to begin with; plus I had to send it back, wait for them to receive it, then wait for them to ship it out again! I was refused.

Nowhere on their site they mention that they don't ship to Canada.
They were quick to send me the order number and bill via email. But after waiting for another 6 days to receive tracking number I emailed them to request if they could provide me with the tracking number. I got an one-sentence reply that they don't ship outside US and my order had been cancelled.....I wasted about 7/8 days while I needed the merchandise asap. They didn't even care to say sorry....seems like they don't care about their potential customers north of the border.

I placed an order for a digital camera, to have it in time to photograph my birth. They somehow never processed the order, and when I called to find out where the package was and they realized their mistake, they refused to upgrade the shipping or make amends in anyway. Additionally, the man I spoke with was very sarcastic, and after I told him I was unhappy with their customer service, he said maybe I shouldn't shop with them again. I won't.

i ordered a SONY DSC T1 CAm...and i just called to make sure that everything was good to go....all i can say is that the customer service and the ppl that work there have bad additudes...and if ur going to get ground shipping...beware u are most likely to recive it in a month....i didnt want to wait that long so i just cancelled...this place sucks and the ppl are very mean

Do not buy from these people. Untruthful, unfriendly and they could care less. I waited three weeks and finally cancelled.
