be careful. read those one star experience before you go for it.

I place an order online. There is no movement for two days. Then the guy Mike called me to sell me something else. I told him I am not interested in it. Then he confirmed my order. When I found there is no further progress on the fourth day, I called to cancel it. They said it is ok. So I ordered from buydig which immediately sent to me.

But I got another camera after I got the one from buydig which is actually ordered later too. I called them to ask why. They said it is me to call to place a second order and then call to cancel the first order. That is why I still got one.

1. It is a weird company. I wonder why they called me. buydig never do that.
2. They still want to sell you something even you cancel it. That is why their shipping is later then buydig. Remember that buy dig order is four days later than it.

I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered it on a Monday. Got it on Thursday. Regular UPS, not anything special. A very satisfactory transaction.

Very quick on the phone. I DID MAKE SURE they had it in stock and that they would send tracking numbers. All of which they did.

I recommend them.

Before buying this camera online, I called CFD and verified that the item was in stock. Their web references also (always!) say "in Stock". After ordering, two weeks have gone by and all I'm getting is hemming and hawing about how I just missed the remaining in stock items, and how their distributor has failed THEM.

I also suspect the honesty of all the 5-Star reviews, which are too gushing with praise, and some of which have strikingly similar language.

I ordered a Canon S410 - by Internet - late Wednesday night 5/5/04 and received an almost immediate email acknowledging the order. By noon Thursday, I received a call to verify my shipping address. A polite, no-pressure offer was made for accessories. I purchased an extra battery - good price! Mark said it all should be shipped later the same day. It was. Early Friday I had an email with the UPS tracking info. And by 1:00 Friday, my wife called me at work to say it had arrived. We only live about 200 miles away, but I never expected delivery - UPS ground, no expedited delivery - within 36 hours. All safe and secure - exactly as promised.

I ordered my Canon ZR85 camcorder on 5/5/04 and had it in my hands the very next day. I paid for ground shipping so I was more than a little happy about the speedy shipment! Product exactly as advertised and very friendly and attentive customer service from Mike. Excellent online shopping experience and I will recommend Click For Digital to everyone! Thanks again.

Called Click for Digital to check price and availability of a Sony DCR-HC30 Camcorder on Thursday 4/29/04. The sales person, Mark, was very polite and quite knowledgeable about the product. He recommended certain accessories and I explained that I had already researched them and wanted The Sony accessories that they did not stock. He then told me the camera would take 7 to 10 days to arrive. I ordered it from him and it arrived today, Monday 5/03/04, 4 days after ordering. There was no high pressure and everything is as stated on their web page, with no hidden cost. All in all an excellent experience thumbs up to Click for Digital.

I bought a Olympus C765 from Mike on 4-28-04,he was very knowledgeable about the camera.He recommended that we get the larger memory card and additional battery but he never pushed these items,there prices were the best around.We had all the items within 24 hrs.These guys run a class operation.This is the only place my family or me will buy electronics from now on

I recently ordered the Minolta Z2 from Click for Digital via telephone order. My salesman, Mike, was so courteous and encouraging as I had a little indecision on exactly what I wanted. The same day I received an e-mail confirming my order and been sent; and it did indeed arrive on the promised day. I did have a few questions after it arrived, and was made to feel that my satisfaction was indeed their No. 1 goal. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks, Mike!

OK, at first I was scared because I've heard many horror stories about these kind of small business practices. However, I place the order and canceled it within a hours and there was no bullying or pressure to persuade me otherwise. They replied to my e-mails promptly and very courteously. Next time I need to buy some digital camera or accessories I definitely will pay this guys a web visit.

Excellent experience. Mark was terrific to work with. Camera came as advertised with all the bells and whistles. Very good price. I particularly liked the ability to track the UPS shipment of the camera. Our new Minolta D'image A1 is fun and we're enjoying it! I'd shop here again.

Shopping was a breeze. Mark was very helpful in getting the Olympus C-750 Camera to me. He was able to verify that it was in stock at the warehouse, unlike the 2 previous places that I placed an order with and had to cancel the next day. He had the camera shipped to me from the warehouse so that I could receive it quicker and gave me the tracking number on the phone as well as sent me an email the next day. I did also order a few other things that I new were cheaper some where else but it was nice to have it all come together. Received the package three days later with everything I asked for. The Camera and contents were all new and in perfect condition.

I ordered my Sony DCR-TRV 70 camcorder from Mike at ext. 204 on Wedesday night and had it in my hands Friday afternoon. I was expecting it to take at least 5 days to receive! EXCELLENT experience. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about both the camcorder and accessories. I would definitely shop here again.

I wish I had read these reviews more closely before I attempted to purchase a camera from this company. I got a call from Mark Salem one day after purchasing a camera saying that the camera was no longer in stock and that they had also increased their price on this camera. He claimed that their website had been updated to reflect this information (I checked and it wasn't). He said that my camera would ship in about a week and tried to sell me some stuff before getting off the phone. It seemed a little fishy to me, so I came back to dealtime to read these reviews again. Once I realized I'd been scammed, I called back to cancel the order, and her tried to tell me that Canon has discontinued this model (a blatant lie) and that I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere (also a lie). I wouldn't ever shop from them.

After an extensive amount of research that included several phone calls to various dealers, I opted to purchase a Sony Camcorder from Click for Digital. I found their attitude to be one that indicated an interest in customer satisfaction and quality business dealings. Let me say that they delivered on each account. I ordered my camera late on a Thursday afternoon and received it early on the following Tuesday morning. The package was intact and free of any concern for the packing and delivery system. I am still in the learning mode, but at this point the camera appears to be what is was advertised to be - excellent. This experience has provided for me a comfort level necessary to continue doing business with Click for Digital. No doubt I will want some accessories and they will be my supplier. Thanks to the employees at Click for Digital for making my on-line shopping experience a positive one.
