total scan. Do NOT order here. They wanted me to buy accesories only. When they heard i did not want any, they said the camera would take 4 weeks to arrive, although it was IN stock and their website states all orders arrive within 10 business days.

:( STAY AWAY! I ordered 2 Fuji FinePix A310. The site showed the camera in stock. The following day I received an e-mail asking me to call to confirm. Mark stated that they only had one camera in stock (The web still shows the product in stock!) and that their policy is only one per customer. (Not stated on the site.) I've lost time and still need to find 2 cameras.

I received exactly what I ordered with no hassle. I ordered a Canon Powershot A80. It was here within 3 days of when I placed my order and it was perfectly intact and as described on their website.

Deceptive, don’t waste your time!

In my opinion, the worst on-line shopping experience I have encountered. I work for a major credit card company and have a MBA. This company is a JOKE! Please see other comments and do not buy from this company. After ordering two Canon A70 digital cameras I received and email requesting I call? Just as others have previously experienced I was solicited for additional products and was told that my order could not be processed due to miscalculation of shipping costs (the only reason I ordered in the first place). Also Mark the sales clown said he could send one camera within 7-10 days yet the other would be delayed for 3-4 weeks. When I told him to cancel the order he replied fine and after asking for confirmation he hung up! Dont make the mistake I did by not listening to the reviews!!! I failed to mention it took four days to speak to someone!

Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch! Terrible Customer Service!

Buyer Beware!!! This company is into bait and switch big time. Read all the reviews here and at Bizrate before you order.
I ordered a Sony Digital Camera. But since I am presently not at home they couldn't call me to attempt their tactics of persuading me to buy other goods at inflated prices. So instead, they simply do not respond to emails. Phone calls to them are not answered. You can only leave messages.
The result was that I finally cancelled the order, but a week after placing the order. Since I wanted the camera for Thanksgiving this was a great disappointment.

No deal with Canadian credit card

I ordered a Fuji 5000s Digital camera and a Sony TRV-33 camcorder for three days. When I called to follow-up shipment. They said Canadian credit card is not accepted and already inform me by email!
I never receive any email from them except the order confirmation! I sent another email to find out why but no response? The toll free cannot be used on Canada.
I am sending another email to cancel the order see what happen!

I ordered a fuji s5000 digital camera about 11:30 Tuesday 11/18/03 and it was shipped about 5 hours later. I received a tracking email that same evening and the camera was delivered here in Kentucky Friday 11/21/03. After trying some of the online stores with a little cheaper advertised price, I found that I couldn't buy it for their price. But with Click for Digital, I was sold exactly what was advertised for the exact price and shipping that their site listed. I bought just the camera with no pressure to buy anything else. I can't speak for everyone else but they did me right.

Best on-line service I ever experienced. Ordered two cameras with accessories on a Sunday and received all items the next Wednesday (3 days). I would definitely shop there again. I placed my order with a sales person named Mark. He was polite and not pushy.

I compared their prices and accessories for the Minolta Dimage Z1 camera. While all vendors prices for the camera were relatively close (when you factor in shipping costs), they had the best and most comprehensive accessory packages. I ordered the camera and accessories by phone on Veteran's Day. Although I expected 3 day delivery from New York, I received the camera the next day (Boston area).
Everything was fine except the wrong battery charger was shipped (they shipped the starter-pack charger instead of the rapid charger that should have come with the accessory kit). I called the following morning and spoke to my salesperson, Mark. He apologized and shipped out the rapid charger and another set of batteries which I received the next day.

The 4-star rate on shopping.com and a reasonable price motivated me to choose ClickForDigital.com to order a Minolta Z1. Advised by many other online buyers about the availability of online goods - which are rarely correctly informed on the websites - I sent an email to sales@clickfordigital.com in order to check the availability.
I got the 'Rejected - Tired of Brazilian spam - killfiled' reply, as if I were some kind of ex-convict.
Nevertheless, I tried again, this time from a US-based email address, to info@, sales@ and customerservice@clickfordigital.com, all of them with no reply at all for more than a week as of today (Nov 11th).
I believe we buyers should receive more respect from online stores.

One day from order to delivery! Fast, easy, low pressure sales

I would shop from Clickforfigital again and have no problem recommending them to others! I ordered a Sony MiniDV TRV-38 Digital Camcorder on the phone on Wednesday with the 4 year extended warranty (only $90, most others charge $150-250) with 2nd day shipping and it arrived today (Thursday, the next day!).
From reading reviews of ClickforDigital and many other stores I decided to order the equipment over the phone to avoid the inevitable phone call the next day for "more information" if I ordered it from the website. The salesperson (Mark) was easy to deal with; he did try to sell me an extra battery and other accessories but did not push it once I said I did not need anything other than the extended warranty.
I called customer service to get an order status update because I did not receive the order confirmation and tracking number via email (customer service rep stated they were having some problems with email). The customer service rep was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Overall I am very satisfied with delivery speed (arrived one day early), order accuracy, and customer service.
