I found the price to be better than Wal-Mart even though i spent $30.00 for shipping, for 2 or 3 day express

Very pleasant. No high pressure for additional products although they were suggested and offered. I changed my mind and called back to the salesman a few minutes after completing the order to order one of his suggested items.

I was overall satisfied with the order, but after several weeks, I am still waiting for a DVD that was not included in the package. I have made 2 phone calls so far, and have been assured that it will be send out right away, but I have not received it yet.

The merchant was excellent, but unfortunately I didn't receive the item on time. It wasn't their fault, UPS misshipped the item to the wrong distribution center and it got here late.
UPS said they would offer a refund of the shipping, but they only gave 15 days to do it. Problem is, I purchased the camera for a trip and was gone for more than 15 days. Thankfully, I got the camera, but only hours before I flew. Definately not enough time to get a refund. Plus I have to go through the hassle of going to a UPS shipping center, fill out a form, and then get my money back. I don't think so, not worth my time and effort.
For me, I will just never use UPS again. They should make it easy to do this online. It was obvious it was misshipped. It was posted right on the tracking page.
UPS get it together. Until you do, you completely lost my business.
