Once I selected the camera I wanted they listed the applicable accessories, which was helpful. I didn't purchase a camera waranty from them because I found it elsewhere for half the cost.

Everything when well except the way it was shipped. For some reason many merchants in the States can't seem to allow normal type shipping to Alaska. The individial said he didn't know there was a road to Alaska. I have lived here 38 years and shipping to Alaska has come a long way. To pay for air is fine if you want it fast but not if it doesn't matter. I had to pay $20 extra for air. I almost cancelled because the savings was almost gone. Work on that please.

Placed order for two digital cameras on-line based on best price with shipping compared to other sites. Received follow-up call from supplier a day later who: verified my shipping address, then tried selling me additional batteries (said no), then outlined that the shipping for two camaeras would be $19 more than the amount listed on-line then after I questioned the reason, said they could not accept an order for more than a quanity of one (I ordered two identical cameras for 2 daughers). I then said ship me one camera. A few days later I followed up and found out that they had cancelled the entire order and then suggested a place a new order. I then orderd from a different supplier (Focus Camera) who did an excellent job with no issues for the exact same order.
This is the first time I have had a problem with on-line order.

I had a fine experience with Click for Digital. I read other reviews and saw that some had ordered items, but weren't informed that they were out of stock. This prompted me to call (after I ordered) and they told me that the product was in stock. I was nervous ordering such a big ticket item on-line, but was pleasantly surprised. Service was good, product is great, mail time was okay - on-time, but not early.

This vendor performed as expected. Because everything went as expected, I did not have a need to contact anyone in customer service to really get a feel for their commitment to providing customer service. This is where the rubber meets the road and you really see what a company is about. Then again, delivering the product to the customer on time and without incident seems to be the goal, and in my case the goal was achieved.

I found the site after reading an article/recommendation in the NY Times Circuits section. Access to ordering information on the site was clear and efficient and after determining the the camera I wanted was in-stock I placed the order. Since the card I used to pay for the transaction had a different address than the "ship to", I received a call conforming this fact. I received the camera two days after this call.
