Called after placing order by sales rep. told extra battery kit could be returned for 100% refund. Calling to return, found out 10% restocking fee would apply.
When I place an order online, that should be it. I don't want to be called to be sold more accessories. and lies over the phone aren't going to keep any business around. Won't make the same mistake again.

I am happy with the other things like the digital camera I bought but the price I got for the Flash card was very bad the same one was available at half price in another site which needs to be justified by Click for digital guys.

Merchant is totally unresponsive. They have never charged my credit card but they have also never acknowledged my e-mail request to cancel the order. I live outside the US and have had trouble synchronising my schedule with their limited telephone operating hours.

When I purchased this item, I payed the extra for UPS Blue shipping to receive the item in 3 days, however when the merchant shipped the item, they shipped it UPS Ground. Also this order was submitted on 9/10/04 & I did not receive the item until 9/20/04. On a positive note, this merchant has some of the best prices available anywhere on the net.

Camera arrived early in excellent condition in full factory packaging. Spare battery was a substitute since advertised battery was not yet available (newly-introduced camera). Quality of battery is too soon to tell.

Additional items / accessories should be offered at the discounted price on the website when I place the order. A customer service representative should not have had to call me to offer then to me. The only reason I bought from them was because they had the lowest price.
