Pros: A well made comfortable shirt Cons: None!

Pros: they look great -- and cost less than a good tie! Cons: they don't have a really long life when compared to some other (more costly) brands...
I have to dress for looks every day and I'm a bit particular about what I put on. I'm also on a very tight budget.
The Stafford poly/cottons look fresh and new even after they've gone through the wash a dozen times -- something you can't say for many poly/cottons and most 100% cottons. They look good without being pressed -- they look even better after a few strokes with the iron (not too hot - they're poly blend!)
The cut is generous which is only really good if you need a generous cut but the nicest part is that the neck is generous too -- like most, I hate wearing a tight neck under a tie. These shirts fit to the neck very comfortably and make wearing a tie enjoyable.
The greatest thing is the cost -- for a fine shirt to be priced so well makes you just want to buy more...
If you only buy one or a couple dress shirts for your wardrobe -- try one of these. They're so comfortable that you'll want to wear it every day...
