Pros: Low Rates
Cons: They do not do a very good job explaining questions to the customer. High Fees

While Competitive Home Mortgage seems to have very low rates in Ohio, I find their fees to be high. You have to check their numbers because they will do everything possible to make your loan amount as high as possible. You have to take control of the process and make sure that they do not roll all of your closing costs and prepaid items into the loan.

I am wary of using this company and I probably will not use them in the future.
