Pros: Quiet, nice when it works.
Cons: Will start having problems after warranty expires. Sear's warranty coverage is terrible.
Summary: After 1 year, intermittent closing problems. Sears wants $65 to just look at it and then however much to fix it. They told me that labor is only 90 days, and parts are 1 year. This opener quit working just after the warranty expired.

Pros: Really quiet - especially since IT'S NOT WORKING!!!

Summary: Lasted one year. Just out of warranty and so Sears wants a service fee to look at it. I will pay another company twice as much if I need to just to not deal with Sears again. They clearly make inferior items designed to break just after the warranty
