I got this player so I could listen to music while jogging and walking to class. It has been absolutely perfect so far. Two things to keep in mind, though:
1. You need front USB on you computer or else it would be a pain plugging the device in (there is no chord, the whole thing plugs right into the computer). I built my computer and never hooked up the front USB, so I had to do that, it wasnt too hard though.
2. The ear buds that come with the player are complete garbage. Spend some money on decent headphones and you will hear the true quality of the player.
