Pros: cheap, functional, fun, useful, did I say cheap?
Cons: Pictures get flooded if the flash is used with all lighting.

Pros: Multifunctions, Built-in mic, incl. software, easy setup
Cons: 8MB Ram cannot be upgraded, Mic only works when camera used as standalone video recorder

Pros: Multi-functions, Cheap Price
Cons: Customer service is long distance, doesn't stick by the warrantee, you'll end up with nothing
