Like other sites that rent DVD's they have options on how many DVD's you rent at a time and no late fee's. You also have 2 weeks to turn them in after you cancel your subscription which is nicer than the one week with Netflix.

I ordered 2 sets of DVDs on November 11th for a Christmas present. When they didn't arrive by December 1st, I contacted the company. They assured me my order was shipped and would arrive soon. As Christmas approached, I asked them for more information.
