Pros: Analog to DV, easy install, LANC, works with or without a PC.
Cons: Some artifacting, Software bundle sucks, documentation sucks even more.

Pros: Does what it is supposed to do.
Video looks good.
Cons: Should cost less, included editing software isn't the greatest.
Summary: This product is a “bridge” between analog video and digital video in the DV format.

Pros: versatile, total plug+play on Mac
Cons: expensive, requires external power supply
