  • WOW what a healthy glow I have – or is it raw skin?

    Pros: Gives decent exfoliation.
Cons: Expensive and does not deliver...

Summary: Hi there - Today I’m reviewing the Dermanew complete body system. I’m going to write my whole experience from day one so you can get the full impact of what you might expect from the treatment. This is a long review so if you don’t have ... read more

  • Disappointed with my Dermanew

    Feb 10 '03
    Pros: Allows smooth makeup application
Cons: Price, nowhere near the results advertised.

Summary: I got this system approximately four months ago with the hopes that the fine lines appearing on my cheeks and my shallowest acne scars would soon be, at least, fading. Wrong. Supposedly after each five to seven day treatment (with five days rest ... read more

Pros: Product is great for all skin types
Cons: Can irritate skin, especailly sensitive skin. May itch or burn.

Summary: I was real skeptical about using Dermanew at first because I thought you had to a dermatologist for microdermabrasion. I am African American, and my skin has gotten so bad from acne, especially after I had my son in March of 2002. I have dark acne scars ... read more

Pros: None that I can think of...
Cons: Broke my skin out! Way too expensive!

Summary: Save your money! This "dermabrasion" system is a rip-off! My $5 tube of St. Ives Medicated Apricot scrub works about 100 times better than this $80 massager! All it is is a massager with a sponge attached & a small jar of oily exfoliating ... read more

    Cons: May irritate some skin

Summary: I bought the Dermanew system for $80 from a local Ulta retailer. It is comprised of a vibrating handle, 3 washable scrub pads and the microdermabrasion cream. All you have to do is snap on the scrubber, put some cream on your face and turn it on. ... read more

  • Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: it works! A valid alternative to 1000s of pounds worth of resurfacing surgery.
Cons: its not a miracle cure and is slightly uncomfortable after treatment, worth every penny though.

Summary: i've been using the dermanew for 11 days now and Ive notice the fine lines reduce around the mouth area and my acne scars reduced, Im well happy. I didnt see much change during the first 5 day active period but after the 5 day recovery period i see
