Georgetown is only part of Guyana, it's the bad part and an overnight trip at most. Get out to the amazing natural wonders of Guyana.

The only night life is natural light show by the volcano, and you may not be able to see it (and still it could kill you...)

This is a lovely Mayan site that has temples and a beautiful beach you can access and swim in the ocean.
