A few years ago I bought Diet Power when I was looking for a way to easily track what I was eating. I also thought it would keep me motivated to have something tracking my weight loss. It was awesome. I started measuring what I ate and entering it daily. By the end of 6 months I was 20 pounds lighter. Once I stopped using it, the weight crept back on, so again I went back to it. Every time I need to lose some weight, I break the program out and it works.

As for their customer service, there were a couple of times where I had to wipe out my computer, so I needed to contact customer service for a new key. They were helpful and fast. When I finally decided to buy the disk, it arrived in the time they said it would.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight by diet and exercise without spending too much money.
