For the features, design, and quality of the FujiFilm S1600, you would be hard pressed to find another camera in it's price range that is comparible.

It's the child of an entry-level DSLR and an advanced P&S. If size is your major concern and you're more comfortable with a P&S, this is the camera to buy.
