Scott Heggs has been in the business for a long time, and his experience shows. We had him find a great first mortgage product for us and we were thrilled with the rate, the fees, and the quality of the preparation. He is always willing to fully explain the product (and his explanations always match the written disclosures that we get). It doesn't matter if you're not close to his office in Reisterstown, MD because he'll send the documents to you, or sometimes come to you! Use him for your next mortgage, you won't be disappointed.
