Good book for a general overview - watch out for errors

Pros: You can get it cheap if you are lucky. Comprehensive
Cons: Full of errors (most of them minor)
This book is far cheaper if you buy it in paperback through one of the UK bookstores - like bookshop.co.uk. I don't think it is worth the $80+ that they want for it in hardback in the US, but for £30 ($45) it's not a bad buy.
