Pros: An incredible journey into the mind of a young boy Cons: You'll be dissapointed with Orson Scott Card's other work
...cuz that's what I did my first quarter in college, and I paid the price. A friend of mine in the dorms lent it to me at the beginning of finals week, and I spent the next two days reading it non-stop. I think I stopped to actually take one of my...

Pros: Excelent character development, great plot and story, overall a wonderful read. Cons: None.
Ender's Game is an amazing novel full of surprises and excitement that you can only find out by reading the book. It took the science fiction world by storm and won both Hugo and Nebula. There is good reason for that.
Andrew "Ender" Wiggin...

Pros: Amazing, yet easy to follow, plot, Excellent charectors Cons: Honestly... None.
I must say, I HATE reading. I hate starting a new book, I hate going through it, and I hate boring story lines. I read Harry Potter, and that gets a thumbs down from me, and I've read other books supposed to be great. A friend recommended...

Pros: Great book for everyone! Cons: None!
I recently bought and read this book again, for several reasons:
First, I love this book!
Second, I found out that the author is working on a screenplay for a movie based on the book! I was so excited to hear this, I just had to read it again....

Pros: Intriguing characters, highly intense plot, great psychological development of Ender Cons: Some language may not be suitable for too young of an audience
Ender's Game, by Orson Scott Card, is one of the greatest books I have read. Upon checking this book out at the library I thought, "Sci-Fi? This is going to be stupid and ridiculously unbelievable." Boy was I wrong. I finished this 324 page book in...

Pros: Great Setting, Plot, Characters Cons: You HAve to Like Sci-Fi
I read this book as an assingment for my Sophmore year English class. I never enjoyed a school assingment so much. This book is the story of a boy that was born at the request of the government. I'm not going to go into it any more because the story...

Pros: Probably the best book I've ever read Cons: umm....
A few years ago, a friend recommended Ender's Game to me. I remembered Dad showing it to me once before, so I decided to check it out.
Wow.
This has to be one of the best books I have EVER read. It pulled me in, entertained me,...

Pros: Very tight storyline, easy to follow, never loses sight of its objectives. Cons: isn't handed out free at school like it should be.
I read this book at the behest of my fifth-grade teacher a year after I had left her class. It had also been recommended to me by several other people, but I had gaffed them off. Boy, did I feel stupid. This book has had more influence over my life...

Pros: intricate plot, good character development, surprise ending Cons: slow in some parts, confusing
When my best friend first told me about this book, I wasn't expecting such an incredible story. I have never really enjoyed science fiction before, and I didn't think anything would change my mind. Wrong. This was actually the first science fiction book...

Pros: The writing is excellent, never get you bored. Cons: Some of the cussing (a.k.a. bathroom talk) could be left out.
This is definitely one of the best books I have ever read. I came across this book when I found out it had inspired Laser Tag, the game at Planet Play (i know I'm a little old for it, but hey, it is fun). In the beginning, when he is chosen to board...

Pros: Frantic page turning book Cons: Could be construed as a "TV Book"
Ender's Game is among my top 5 favorite Science Fiction novels. It has everything that the classic sci-fi reader is looking for (spaceships, generals, aliens, etc.) and a plot that will keep you up late at night frantically turning pages.
Set...

Pros: flawless conception of all characters, settings and concepts native to Orson Scott Card's Sci-Fi universe Cons: Disappointing ending
In his book, Ender's Game, Orson Scott Card has revived an old and cherished tradition of the Sci-Fi Superman which I first clung to in novels such as Citizen Of The Galaxy or Tunnel in the Sky. Both were written by Robert Heinlein, the master of...

Pros: Ender is just plain cool : Very nice portrayal of society : Doesn't try to be politically correct : Very philosophical. Cons: Can be kind of slow in some places : A bit cynical.
Orson Scott Card's, Ender's Game, is one of the best books I have ever read. Period. I especially like it because it is filled to the brim with philosophy. Little Ender Wiggins is the savior of mankind in a future where Earth just barely managed to...
