Factory Direct 2 You

Terrible , nerve wrecking experience.
They promised me one product and sent another.
When I returned it they credited me with only 75%
of what I paid. While I was complaining :
they were hanging up the phone or did not
return my phone calls.

I waited FIVE months and never received an item that was listed as "in stock" at the time I ordered. After two months of waiting, I called Factory Direct which promised to call me back with the status of the backorder but NEVER did. Three months later I gave up and ordered the item from Witbecks at an equally discounted price and received the item in just a week. Factory Direct's service is so poor that it should not even be listed on this shopping site. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
