Since we were just having the new Verizon FiOS (fiber optics) TV, Internet and phone service installed we paid for a line to be put in the kitchen for a TV. My wife bought this under-the-cabinet TV at Macy's. Installing--If I can do it.... ...

Pros: Smart styling, easy installation, great picture with analog cable.
Cons: Radio signal not as strong as I would like.

This unit works perfectly with our Comcast analog Cable. It was very easy to install and the picture is amazingly more than I expected. It serves it purpose and far exceeded our expectations. We ran our cable service off a splitter and the whole installation took less than 20 minutes. GPX did a very nice job with this small unit. It certainly draws a lot of attention in our kitchen, under the cabinet.

Pros: good sound and picture if you have analog cable
Cons: can't use with any digital cable

If you have digital cable (like Comcast), do not buy this product. I purchased it and could not get channels to come up at the right MHz-- I had to fine tune it manually, and then the channels would not lock in, so you would have to do this for every channel, every time you changed it. I called customer service and was told it absolutely will not work with digital cable and there is no adapter or anything that they could recommend. I'll be returning this product immediately.

Pros: Convenient to install.
Cons: Picture is only good when looking straight at it. Unit has no longevity.

Bought one a year ago. It burned out in ten months. Contacted the manufacturer. They replaced it even though I didn't have the original receipt. Installed the new one. Burned out in three months. A great idea. A good company to honor their product. Unfortunately, a terrible product overall.

Pros: Styling and mounting are satisfactory.
Cons: Poor TV tuning and radio reception. Volume changes when you change stations.

Very poor quality. Flat screen display failed after 4 months of operation. Warranty is only 90 days. TV channel tuning is off and cannot be corrected (reception snowy), FM radio stations have the same problem, and the reception has inadequate sensitivity.

Pros: Small, good picture
Cons: volume was unpredictable, couldn't get a lot of the features to work. cheaply made.

My husband bought this for me on Mothers Day 07, it was wonderful up until March 08. Not even a year the T.V portion just quit on us. Customer service was great, they are replacing it with an updated model for an additional expense to us, I guess its better than nothing.

Pros: Nice to watch TV in the kitchen while cooking or doing dishes.
Cons: Seems to be a piece of crap.

We received this as a Christmas present in 06. I finally got it installed in a month later and we used it a lot at first. Mostly the TV part as the radio antennae wouldn't pick up any stations. The digital clock also ran fast. It would gain a minute a week so you would have to reset it every month back to the normal time.

It didn't get much use for several months when we had our first child and then started using it again in the fall. One day I was watching TV and the screen turned white. It had been on for a little over an hour. As the days went on, the time it took for the screen to go white after turning it on got shorter and shorter. Now the screen is white when you turn it on.

This didn't even last a year.

Pros: Economically priced
Cons: Not worth what you pay for it.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas last year. After 3 months, it quit working. I was able to return it with much hassle and received a new one. Now, 9 months later, the DVD player has quit working. With no possible way to return this one for a SECOND time, I have given up and will buy one of better quality.

Pros: handy, dont take up counter space
Cons: goes bad cant get it fixed

the idea is wonderful but the system isnt, had our under cabnit tv less then 6 months and the tv doesnt work, just the radio now only works.
