Can I give a store over a 5 star rating? No, I guess I can't but if I could I would give Garden Botanika over a 5 because their service has been so great that I am thankful everytime I have to order new products - although I just love buying new things....

I don't shop online nearly as much as I used to as Garden Botanika products are available at local Ulta stores.

But prior to, I did purchase online from them for about 8 years. I can say that all products are well-packaged, I have never received a damaged item. Shipments are prompt. Also, product description's very well done on their website.

Only reason why I did not give this site a 5 was because of on order. I returned an item to exchange colors and never received anything back.
