Pros: Handy fun rugged usful floats easy to use
Cons: CAUTION -- Magnetic field Less than 5 minutes light Narrow beam

Summary: This is a fun gadget. It also serves a purpose and is handy to have around "just in case" the "big" flashlight runs out of batteries. I have 3 of these and have them in handy places around the house. The only thing is the magnetic field around the light.
