Pros: Great fun for kids and adults. Excellent customer service.
Cons: Weak stand, Snowathome told me they are working on an improved stand for next year.

Pros: Fun product, easy set up, works excellent, Fantastic customer support.
Cons: Wife not happy snow tracks through kitchen.

Pros: makes snow when it is working
lightweight and able to move around when needed
Cons: cheaply made. and poor customer service. BUYERS BEWARE
Summary: I have to say when it works right, it works well. I had my water hose THEY supplied to me break twice. It was extremely frusterating and took a rather long time til i was able to get a new improved one. I would not recommend buying

Pros: The stand is decent.
Cons: Way, way overpriced! Makes icy snow since it freezes up frequently.
