Pros: Consistent, durable, not a flaky product in any way.
Cons: Not a radar gun, but damn close for $30...
Summary: Get it now. I also wonder how to correct for the pitcher lunging forward, and does the catcher sit even with the front of the plate for most accurate results? Consistent, durable, not a flaky product in any way.
