This Brinkmann Charcoal Smoker was a great introduction for us into the world of smoking food, but it is poorly made. We will be upgrading to a different model soon.

This is a good looking, lightweight unit that produces good slow cooked or smoked food. It's just frustrating that when the electronics break, it's just a good looking useless box.
