HSN is my favorite shopping network. They fulfill orders very quickly and geographically are very close to me, so I usually receive items within a few days. Any delays in orders were due to merchant shortages, not their fault. The website is great. I can track all of my UPS shipments. I don't think anyone else does a better job including QVC and QVC is supposed to be the largest shopping channel out there.

HSN is my main shopping place. Why? The product quality is a cut above the rest, prices are good, purchases arrive in a timely manner, well packaged. You can easily return any item. HSN's Customer Service is excellent.
I purchase so many items from HSN, I feel like a member of the HSN family.

Experiences with this vendor have been up and down. I dont feel comfortable at all buying clothing because of the inconsistency of sizes. Jewelry can take three weeks to arrive at my home.

I have been ordering products from HSN for a few years now and this is the first time that I did not get the order that I wanted. I was dissappointed that I could not reorder the right item immediately when I called the customer service department. I was told the product was not in stock and could not be re-ordered. A few days later I went on line and the product was available so I ordered it again. I received the correct item that I ordered in the mail a few days later. It was a little inconvenient sending the original wrong item back to HSN but other than that, I have no complaints. I just hope that I am not charged to re-ship the orginal order back to HSN since the wrong item was shipped to me in error.

I BOUGHT THE MOON STONE RING FROM THE ENGLISH FELLOW AND IT WAS VERY NICE AND I WORE IT ALL THE TIME. A MONTH LATER I LOOKED AND THE STONE WAS GONE. I HAD MISPLACED THE ORDER SO HAD NO INFORMATION ON IT SO I COULD GET A REPLACEMENT. I JUST GOT RID OF THE RING,MUCH TO MY DISMAY.IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT HANGING ON TO THE ORDER BUT THE STONE SHOULD NOT HAVE FALLEN OUT IF IT HAD BEEN SECURELY PUT IN. SO ABOUT $50 SOME DOLLARS WERE GONE... THANK YOU. MARGARET KINDEM
