IMO HSN has gone downhill. The new HSN.com site is horrible. All over the place and you eliminated the BB community boards. Mainly all of my purchases were made via talking with others on the community boards. Don't want to be involved in any kind of blogs. They boards were a marketing tool which no longer exists for me as a consumer. My future shopping with HSN is questionable. The boards were also shut down without any regard for consumers. HSN also now has a vendor threatening consumers and reaking havoc. Not necessarily comfortable with you having my personal information on file for this vendor to use for his purposes. Telephone orders have also changed. Having to make vocal announcements doesn't work for me as a consumer. Wish you all the best. Read more

I always though that HSN was a joke. My grandmother is the one who got me interested in it. My first purchace was the Tan Towel. I was very impressed with the product and the quick shipping of my purchace. I also love the flex pay that you have designed for people like me who can not afford to spend lots of money at one clip on something that I would really enjoy buying.
