I purchased a Room Solutions product a down top Feather Bed and pillow set on august 1,2007 I would NOT recommend this as the feathers are all over the mattress and the floor,and they are picky also.I do not consider this Feather Bed a good deal at all,very disappointed with it,would not purchase any other product from them after this experience

I shop HSN a great deal and have had pretty good success. However, be forewarned - I sent back several items from 2 orders in one box to save on shipping. I included the return shipment documents as required. I did not get credit for 3 pair of pants that were in the return box, but got credit for all other items. I was told that I should have returned the items in the original packaging. But, if I could provide the mailing receipt from the Post Office maybe HSN could determine that the pants really were in the box by checking the weight of the package. Give me a break!
I never got the refund for the pants.

I would not shop HSN again. I started shopping with HSN about six months ago. Out of 7 orders, I have had 5 orders with problems. Broken chandelier earrings, the wrong size shipped and had placed an order with a credit card, and they put it on a check status. Needless to say, my order never arrived. Called customer service and spoke to a supervisor who was awful. They have
lost my business forever.

HSN has gotten better...Prices are decent and they employ a lot of Floridians in the Tampa area of Florida where they are based....You have a 30 day guarantee but the networks will drop you if you have a high return ratio...Never happened to me thank god...QVC has better hosts In my opinion only.

Received 14K ruby/onyx bangle bracelet less than a year ago as a gift from my daughter. Wore it several times, dropped it on soft surface and it broke in two pieces! HSN would not stand behind the product so took it to a jeweler who said he could not fix it, suggested contacting manufacturer but when he looked at inscription on bracelet it was in chinese! I wrote HSN explaining situation to no avail. Cheaply made products and no customer support. Are all jewelry items from China? Better think twice about ordering jewelry from them, I never will and told my daughter never again. Stuck with $300 bangle I can't wear, HSN is only interested in money, nothing else.

This is a mixed review. Recent cubetto 7.25" gold cubetto bracelet. Customer service was wonderful. The retail value was listed at $705 and sold at $199. However, in checking various online stores, the prices generally run from $405 retail value. The bracelet looks very nice, but I would hope there would presume that there is a mark-up in retail on jewelry items to assure one feels they are getting a great deal. I would prefer plain old honesty. Half-price is still great! and flex-pay makes it that much better. On an item of this value, a 2 to 3 year warranty should be included.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a Lexmark Printer on December 5, didnt ship til December 17, when asked HSN had no response. Then the best was, HSN didnt say that the printer was actually shipped from the vendor not them, then FEDEX screwed up here it is January 6 and no printer just called and cancelled, FEDEX and HSN are not customer friendly. Fedex oops since the 17th and never has tried to deliver, and what does HSN say? Nothing just wait and see, I wont be buying any thing from these people again. Now comes the wait for my money to be returned.

I recently, March 2007, ordered a 'steam vacuum' from HSN, but the Hoover SteamVac LS does not have a water heating element and thus can not make steam !! This is a HUGE deception, and certainly critical information that the seller, HSN, should have provided the buyer, me. Yes, they say i can return it at no charge. Caveat Emptor Maximus, HSN dishonesty abounds,,,
If you have this unit, the power cord comes out at the bottom,so not the best design. Recommend you run the short black power cord twice through the circle handle so you wont be running over it all the time. Also get a 50-100 foot 3 prong power cord so you don't have to keep changing outlets.
The soap is pleasant smelling , but requires more than 1/2 a cup for a gallon, or each filling. Recommend you find a cheap substitute or you will be paying 'thru the nose' for soap, like people do for copier inkjet ink !! (hint: in sillycon valley ,ca. there is an ink supply store on the n.w. corner of stevens creek and saratoga that sells inkjet cartridges for about $4 each ,,,beat that Costco !!)
Purchased a Multi-tool Rotary Cutter Item: 436-445. DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just my opinion, 99% of the reviews on their site said so as well. Should have checked the reviews first; was bamboozled by the demo. Showed the tool cutting glass and tile with ease. Made me so angry that it did not work and they refused to give me my money back since it was over 5 months since I purchased this tool. NEVER will I order from them again! No company with a shred of integrity would sell such a worthless product.
I was very disappointed with the customer service of HSN.
I purchased a faux leather jacket as a gift for my young adult son. He has been wearing it off & on for the past 3 months. Since it is a winter jacket one would not expect it crack in the cold. Yet that is what happened. I contacted HSN and was told it's beyond 30 days - sorry. I did notice that the jacket is still available and is now clearance priced (1/2 of what I paid). I felt that since they still had the product they could possibly exchange it. Their only reply was a standard form letter - sorry beyond 30 days. I will not order from them again on principle.
I have purchased from both HSN & QVC in the past without incident. Actually QVC once sent me a refund for something I had owned for several months - I simply expressed my disappointment in a product as a FYI - They sent the refund without my expecting or asking for it.

I purchased a Lexmark6150 All In One Printer/Copier/Scanner and Fax Machine last year and never received the correct instruction manual nor the correct CD to install in my computer. After contacting HSN several times, I was promised they would send the items out to me immediately. It never happened. I was able to use the Lexmark X6150, with an older instruction manual, but have had problems with the machine and HSN never offered to remedy the problem I would never purchase another item from HSN because of the poor customer service along with older inferior products.

HSN = Overpriced junk. And delivery very slow. Don't think of returning anything, they won't accept it back.
I bought a gold and ruby ring from HSN for 150.00, it was supposed to be a steal, since original appraised price was $450-500. Total lie. 14K a lie, only 10K.
Well had it appraised by a local jewelry store and was told ring was not worth more than $50.00.
Do your comparison shopping first, its better to shop on Ebay, prices are much less than HSN. Many of HSN products are on eBay sold as closeouts, returns or refurbished. Some are new but still at much less.

I wanted to unsubscribe myself from their mailing list. The website and service was terrible and made it impossible to unsubscribe from mailing list without calling them up. I did not have an account with them, so i am unsure why i was recieving their e-mails anyway. In order to unsubscribe, i had to give alot of personal information (on website, in order to ask them to remove me: name, phone number, etc) Had to call up to unsubscribe, which is a waste of time and very inconvenient. Automatic voice prompt kept asking for account information, but i did not have an account. Took awhile to get past the auto-prompt and actually speak to a representative. Once i did, issue was resolved.
I am very satisified with all of my purchases on HSN. I Have not had any problems. I prefer to order over the internet, don't usually like to order by phone. Read more

HSN has excellent customer service and can have excellent value. The bravetti line that they carry has quality control problems, but the company makes it very easy to return the item and if an item is defective they will pay to ship it back. The excellent customer service and the 30 days no questions asked policy plus some great items--jewelery, clothes--makes this an excellent vendor to shop. Just be selective as you would at any store.
