Cons: can't find where to buy replacement spout cap

I've used this blender 6 or 8 times & like it a lot. I thought I'd like the dispenser, but couldn't get it to work right, so I left the spout cap on. BUT one of our dogs chewed up the spout cap, and I'm finding it incredibly difficult to find a replacement part. Been searching at least 20 min and still no luck. And if I do find out where to get it, I hope it doesn't cost more than a new blender!

Ice chunks? What ice chunks? This blender left nothing but crystals. I filled it full of ice and within just a few seconds there was nothing but ice crystals. Excellent smoothies, slushes, and milkshakes. I would recommend this product to anyone. Hamilton Beach hit the target with this product! Wow! I'm impressed!

I'm sorry I bought this and it's getting returned. First, I was dismayed to see that it was all plastic and NONE of the parts are dishwasher safe. Then, when I tried to take it apart to clean it for its first use, I found out it is wildly over-engineered with multiple parts that aren't easy to take apart. Then I thought, okay, if the wave action makes good smoothies without chunks, and I don't have to pour them out the top like my blender, then the extra work is worth it. WRONG...it continually clogged at the spout no matter how thin we made the smoothie or whether it was running or not, it also had small ice chunks no matter how long we ran it, and it did drip. Plus it was hard to push a glass against the dispenser without causing the whole unit to slide along the counter. I had to use one hand to hold the glass and one hand to hold the unit. I'm sorry Hamilton Beach people, you've made good products for a lot of years, but this one is going back.
