I have tried Waring, GE, Black & Decker, Oster, and KitchenAid. They all do not work as well as the Hamilton Beach (GE was a distant 2nd). I make a blender drink with frozen fruit and it can really bog down a blender, many blenders just spin without mixing the ingredients together forcing the use of a wooden spoon to help with an occasional resulting mess. The Hamilton Beach Wave Power is all in the shape of the glass, it blends by spinning and by the shape of the glass mixing from the bottom upwards. This model has 550 watts of power and they have one with 700 watts!
