Don't they test their products before putting them on the market?

Pros: It looks nice.
Cons: It is a heater that doesn't provide any heat.

I just bought one. It is currently 3 feet away from me, pointed directly at me, with the temperature turned up as high as it will go. I can't feel even a tiny bit of heat from it. I get more warmth from the table lamp.

I can't believe that a reputable company would let such an inadequate product on the market.
