My experience with this company has been a disaster. I ordered four pieces of lingerie in August. One item was back ordered and expected during the week of Sept 1. I waited until Sept 8 then contacted the company and asked that my order be split and the in stock items be shipped immediately. I stressed that I needed the items as soon as possible. Two weeks later, the items were still marked in warehouse. Then came the fun of trying to cancel the orders and have the credit card charges reversed. They don't know when they can credit my charge card. They are waiting for a response from the warehouse. The same warehouse that was supposed to have shipped my order back on Sept 8th. Hopefully I will have my money before the end of 2004. This is my second horrible experience dealing with companies based in Texas. I have learned my lesson. No more Texas based businesses for me and definitely no more HerRoom.com.

I ordered one item almost a month ago, and never received it. The extremely unhelpful customer service representative I contacted was completely unconcerned when I alerted her to the problem. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. This is the only website I have ever had trouble with, and I will NEVER order from here again.

Basically, my one item was ordered over a month ago.  They made a shipping error, so I waited and waited.  However, the item did not arrive by the time I needed it, even though it was not my fault and I suggested ugraded RE-shipping.  No help!!!!!!!!

My experience using HerRoom.com was maddening. I placed an order for 3 items. The first two items I received within a reasonable amount of time. However, when I received the first order, I noticed that my credit card was billed for the 3 items (plus shipping and handling). I called HerRooom.com and asked to have the 3rd item taken off my credit card. HerRoom.com said that the 3rd item would be shipped free of charge and no additional charges would be incurred. I had to call HerRoom.com three times in order to receive my final item. The 3rd item was shipped 8 weeks after I placed my original order. In addition, my credit card was charged for the 3rd item plus shipping and handling. I called HerRoom.com and the representative could not give me an answer as to why my credit card was charge for four items (plus shipping and handling). The representative of HerRoom.com said that she would call me back when she had straightened out the problem. She NEVER called me back -- I had to call her back. The problem was solved, but I will never order ANYTHING from HerRoom.com again.
