    Pros: Inexpensive, 14.1" Screen, DVD-ROM, 24/7 Support
    Cons: A bit heavy, somewhat outdated

    Pros: Nice laptop when working
    Cons: Cost a lot to repair off warranty. Suggest getting extended warranty on this laptop.

    Summary: My mom has had trouble with her HP PC over the years from overheating because the fan stopped working to the modem needing to be replaced. Not sure why this PC vs others has been so much trouble and cost to her ! Dave
