We enjoyed our first 2 days there for the most part despite the few annoyances. However, there is no excuse for awfully we were treated by management.

I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers but also for its central location to most of south beach attractions.

Do not stay in Hotel San Remo until they are officially changed to Hooters and they have finished the renovations.

Sadly I can no longer recommend this once fine hotel in the heart of Boston because of its decline in service and amenities and its increase in rates.

I received everything they advertised during my stay but nothing 'above and beyond'.  In a competitive market, they will have to show they actually WANT business; right now that's missing.
