We enjoyed our first 2 days there for the most part despite the few annoyances. However, there is no excuse for awfully we were treated by management.

Overall, we were satisfied and would stay there again provided that we had our portable fan along to mask the AC fan cycling on and off.

You have too many other choices within the same price range that are better. I don't think the hotel is necessarily bad, just not the best bang for the buck.

Do not stay in Hotel San Remo until they are officially changed to Hooters and they have finished the renovations.

A Hotel should be Warm, Safe, Freindly, Clean, Shiney, In Good Working Order, and willing to help the Customer. NONE of this was true at the Millennium Durham!
