In the market for a bottle of fish sauce I ran across Import Food's site. They had a good description of several fish sauces to help a novice choose. They also had a very reasonable shipping rate. I went ahead and hit the order button and was immediately notified that my order had been received. Shortly thereafter a second email with tracking number and estimated delivery date. The order arrived at my home a full day earlier than the estimated date. The item was packed as well or better than anything I've ever received in the mail. Naturally the item was in great shape. I would recommend these folks to anyone and will order from them again.
I have ordered from this company several times now and I'm very impressed. Their orders arrive promptly and in good shape, and I always feel I've gotten a good value for the price I paid. I ordered fresh kaffir lime leaves from them once and was delighted with the quality. I trust their recommendations regarding ingredients; when they say one fish sauce is fine and another is gourmet, I have really been able to notice the difference and agree with their description. I am on their mailing list and love to read their monthly newsletter, which is full of mouth-watering recipes and demonstrations that have improved my own cooking. I look forward to "needing" to order from them again!
