Pros: The flights were very comfortable and smooth.
Cons: That our connection left without us is simply unacceptable. I won't fly Independence again.

Pros: The majority of the crew and staff are nice, but poorly managed.
Cons: Where do I start? Poor management, misinformed crew and staff won't last another year.

Pros: The flight crew were empathetic, helpful and courteous. I have no complaints in flight.
Cons: The ground crew and operations need significant improvement and customer service needs to go farther.
