Pros: none Cons: Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive customer service; servers consistently down
I run a content site, and when I launched my site in April '02 I signed up with Infinology for a relatively high price ($20/month) given how many really cheap web hosts are out there, but thought it was worth paying more to avoid some of the hassles that...

Pros: Control panel has a lot of features Cons: Frequent downtimes, incompetent customer service, hard to get live person
I just wanted to agree with ralphphillips' review. Infinology has steadily declined in service and appears to be getting worse. They have frequent down times and a terrible, incompetent and rude staff--if you can actually get someone. You can get through...

Pros: None Cons: Unorganized customer support, Tech support is almost non-existent, Incompetent staff.
I ordered a dedicated server from Infinology about one month ago. The deal seemed good and the bandwidth was generous. After filling out their online form to order the server, I called Infinology to confirm the order. First bad sign, no one answers the...

Pros: nothing they are thieves Cons: they are thieves
Infinology stole 150 dollars from me and now they want to either steal another 90 or mess up my credit for space they refused to allow me access to for over a year. I bought space from infinology using my credit card. They emailed me my account ...

Pros: Nice account interface Cons: frequent down-time, poor customer support
You get what you pay for. I used to keep my sites at Dreamhost (a fantastic host), but I was
lured away to Infinology by low prices, increased storage, and access to a CGI-BIN. Big
mistake.
The first couple of months,...

Pros: Cheap, good domain management interface Cons: Slow response time
I've been with them for two years. My website is very low traffic and pretty unimportant. I mainly use to post personal blog entries and a few photos here and there, as well as manage emails. Nothing even remotely mission critical. I have a mess of ...

Pros: Cheap Cons: Poor technical support that appears to be based in India
My website is automated by cgi scripts that send emails to my infinology email account. This has worked for 3 years. Now abrubtly it does not work. Tech support appears to now be based in India, and they can not solve this simple problem. So over the ...

Pros: ZERO Cons: Costly, poor service with tech problems, and zero support.
Infinology is a terrible host. They charge more and provide less than pretty much everyone else out there. They have more than their share of technical "issues", and nobody seems to be fixing them. Unfortunately, I was suckered in a few years ...

Pros: You will appreciate OTHER HOSTS after this experience. Cons: TERRIBLE customer service. Just DO NOT CARE. Awful.
Nightmare. Cost me $500 a month in LOST BUSINESS. Why? Because totally WITHOUT WARNING, they changed the IP address of my server. I couldn\'t figure out the problem at first (who could?). Everything just went DEAD. My submitted support ...

Pros: Low Price, lots of features Cons: Site down for 3-4 days at a time, many extra hidden charges
Be careful with these guys. They charge you for everything. I tried them out for a few months and they were terrible. I decided to cancel the service. Several months later they charged my card for another full year. I called to get them to refund it and...

Pros: Fast Service and Reliable Connection. Site has always been up and comprehensive web hosting tools. Cons: Email response a little slow on weekends
I've been with several web hosting firms over the past few weeks when seeking for the perfect web hosting company to select for my business site. What I did realize was that going with any cheap host will not gurantee you a reliable connection. A website...

Pros: They take your money... Cons: They want you to mail them your Credit Card info...Why are they on the Internet?
In less than two weeks, I've decided to cancel my account with them.
First of all, they promise you that they will refund you the $50 set up fee--not true. I cancelled my account with them, and they didn't refund me the whole fee as promised....

Pros: Fairly nice web interface.
Low price. Cons: Customer support is severely lacking.
Downtime has been rather frequent.
Bandwidth allowance is pretty low.
There has been a lot of downtime in the past month or so. Infinology has not sent out any e-mail regarding the problems. There is an online system status, but it doesn't mention the excessive downtime either.
Just because the service is...
