Audiovox JE2269 22 in. EDTV-Ready TV

Pros: Good picture and sound.
Cons: Cannot receive the Weather Channel going through Direct TV.

I cannot receive the Weather Channel on the JE2269. I subscribe to Direct TV and the TV (not the satellite receiver) is blocking the Weather Channel. I've turned off all v-chip settings and I still get the message "v-chip block none." Tech Support at Jensen is aware of the problem but they do not have a fix. If this is going to be used on a boat (which mine is) it is susceptible to electronic "noise" from the boat's inverter. When the inverter is turned off, the noise is eliminated.
