Pros: Solar Power Eco-Drive, Depth Guage, Multiple timers, No Decompression Limits Printed on Band Cons: Long Rubber Strap, Light Feel When Pulling Out Crown.
Last week, I purchased the Citizen BJ2000-09E. The retail price is $450.00, though online it can be had for as little as $212.00 plus shipping. This is a great full feature divers watch at a great price. This particular model has a stainless steel...

Pros: Good weight, luxury feel and appearance, automatic depth gauge, N.D. limits printed on band. Cons: Long initial charging, luminous markers don't remain lit, no day of week on watch.
I received this watch from my wife as a birthday gift due to my old dive watch finally going out on me after 10 years of severe abuse to it. (I had the Seiko SKX009K model.) Honestly, it's almost too pretty to use and I was originally reluctant to take ...

Awesome Dive Watch
by ktm04 ,Nov 22 '06
Pros: Tough. Awesome appearance. Functional. User friendly. Cons: None. You can always pick something apart. This is a great watch.
This is my second Citizen dive watch. The watch is tough and has a great presence about it. It is completely functional for the average or experienced open water diver. It is not light nor overly heavy. It's a large watch and you know it is on your wrist...just as big man's watch should be. This is an awesome watch for everyday wear and for avid divers. Buy it and you WILL enjoy it.

Almost the Perfect Watch
by truck641 ,May 30 '06
Pros: Beautiful appearance, great dive functions, no battery to replace, highly visible depth hand. Cons: Painted numbers wearing off of bezel after 1.5 yrs of wear, no back-light, no alarm.
I've owned the gold accented version of this watch for about a year and a half. I still love it. It's kept consistent time, performed flawlessly in diving conditions, and is beautiful enough to wear anywhere. I'd love to see a version of this watch with an alarm and back-light, but that's just wishful thinking. The only thing that's gone wrong with my watch is that the black numbers on the one-way rotating bezel have begun losing their paint, and that really degrades the overall appearance of the watch. I haven't been overly rough on the watch, but I do use the rotating bezel very often. I must admit I'm disappointed at this happening with less than two years of wear. I still love the watch though. It's a great watch and I'd still recommend it to anyone.

Customer Service is Terrible!
by hill7709 ,Oct 13 '04
Pros: I really can't think of any. Cons: Expensive watch for 6 months. Customer service reaction to problems.
I have a six month old, $200.00 Citizen watch that has started giving me problems. After an e-mail and phone conversation the only option offered was that I could send them my watch (at my expense) and they would fix it and bill me for the repairs.(I was informed this could take weeks)
