Think Twice Before Buying for a Holiday - Unreliable!!

I have used KaBloom once before with great success. They used Federal Express and made their delivery early in the day. This Valentine's Day (Friday, February 13, 2004), my wife did not receive her flowers before the school where she teaches closed.
I phoned customer service and was only offered a replacement to be delivered next Tuesday. Further checking on Supervisor Pamela's part (she was nice but had no latitude in making supervisory decisions) showed they shipped via UPS - not FedEx - and that the high volume of deliveries UPS had caused them to bump my order one day. I asked for a refund. It doesn't sound like KaBloom will have the good business sense to honor my request.
If I fail at my job, I am fired. KaBloom failed at their job, and I am firing them but will probably still have to pay them. I will probably have to resort to disputing the credit card charge.
They may be reliable for an order any other time of the year, but I'd go with a local, reputable florist for the major flower holidays - Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.

complete disaster. ordered flowers to be delivered 2/14 got email confirming shipment & they never arrived, called fedex & they confirmed that the flowers were never ready so never picked up. Called customer care, they re-sent the flowers and offered 2 dozen roses to me for my inconvenience - roses never showed, called again, they offered to send roses again, roses never showed but they did resend the flowers with the same card to the original recipient, I called again as she then thought I was nuts and requested to be refunded, as well as emailed customer support - so far no refund, no response. Good luck to you if you try this vendor

So Bad I Can't Even Tell You

Ordered a big multi-month delivery (cool idea)on the internet.
Last one never arrived. Months have gone by... Dealing with their customer service is hellish. I have all the confirmation #s, credit card receipts, they have nothing. Emails go unanswered. Calling them took over an hour. It's *only* flowers. Just. Send. Some. Flowers.
They claim they were bought and orders were lost. The new owners don't seem to care. At. All.

Don't waste your time with this company. This company does not stand by it's products and it has very bad customer service. I ordered flowers for Valentine's day. They sent the wrong flowers, and the flowers they sent were almost dead. I wrote to them asking for a refund. They told me I would have to wait one to two weeks for a decision!! What kind of customer service is that? After almost two weeks they offered me a coupon for my next purchase. I then again asked for a refund highlighting the fact that they didn't even send the right thing. I have not received a response from them. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Overall great experience.
I ordered their Mother's Day bouquet for.. Mother's Day.
The ordering process was simple.
Flowers arrived on time.
I saw them after 5 days and they still looked great.
My mom was happy - I am happy!
