I ordered from Kitchen Clique because of the great price and no shipping + a $20.00 off coupon for the 7.25 qt Le Creuset French Oven I wanted. I ordered on Sept. 13 and received the oven on Oct. 19 due to the back order process for the color I wanted. They kept me informed the whole time and when they finally received it at their location, they promptly shipped it to me. I received it in perfect condition and for a total of $197.99 ($31 less for the oven than other places were charging AND I got free shipping, so the wait was worth it. So, if you're not in a huge hurry, the money saved was worth it to me.

Customer service was poor and quite slow, I placed an order for a Saeco espresso machine (they were $30-40 less than other stores) on a Thursday, no shipping costs were included in the order.
I then received a one-line, poorly spelled e-mail reply on Monday saying that the shipping would be over $100 USD, but without any other details. I replied promptly asking how much the total order would be. I then got another reply today (Tuesday), again only 2 lines, saying that the shipping cost would be over $150 USD and that it was UPS's fault, not theirs.
I then cancelled my order. Not really worth the waste of time thus far, I'm sure I can find another store that can provide a similar price and better customer service.

Started out as poor experience as website showed no status of my order even after a week. Email to customer support was quickly answered though, and explanation of delay was due to inventory taking at warehouse. Ordered TOB-165 Toaster oven but was offered TOB-175 for same price by customer service rep. So over all good experience, if a little slow (could be due recovery from xmas rush).

I ordered two items form the Kitchen Clique (a waffle iron and an egg separator) and did not receive an order confirmation e-mail. Upon phoning them the following day, I was told that the waffle iron was sold out and that they had no information as to when their inventory would be re-filled. In addition, I was told that the egg separator was also sold out and that they anticipated receiving it in 3 days. The representative was rather arrogant and clueless. Needless to say, I canceled the order and will not do business with this merchant ever again.

Ordered Chantal Classic Tea Kettle at 8PM on Dec 18 and recieved the unit at 1PM on Dec 19 using the free delivery selection. Now that's service !!!! Also the price was the best on the net by far. I would definetly use this company again.

Website stated item was in-stock. I placed the order and received a phone call four days later stating it is on back-order. It's been over two weeks and still not in, (Web still states In-stock). Order has been canceled and item purchased from competitor. Customer service was polite, but bottom line no product like promised.

Purchased high-end food processor because they had the best price and free shipping. Placed online order 2/4, received item 2/11. They sent UPS tracking email info so I knew where the package was. All around good experience.
Kitchen Clique sent the wrong can opener. It took twenty minutes of my time on the phone to discover that they chose to send me a different one, without my okay, because they did not have the one I wanted in stock. They claimed that the manufacaturer discontinued it. (Many other sites offer it and I already now have it.) I have to say that my experience trying to shop at The Kitchen Clique was not so pleasant. The Kitchen Clique needs to work on the shipping process. The cost of express shipping is outrageously priced especially if you are shipping within the US. I was being charged for an express shipping for $115.00 for an item that wasn't even going to arrive the next working day but 4 days later.
So I cancelled my order and I placed an order with some else and their express UPS shipping was $20.00 if you can believe that. Read more

Ordering was easy but then they lost my order (for over a week). Fortunately there was a number to call and I got through rather quickly. This must be a warehouse front for multiple businesses because when I first spoke with them they identifed themselves as a different electronics store, not Kitchen Clique. At least they were able to find my order and processed it quickly, and I received the merchandise fairly quickly and in fine condition. Read more
