When I called to confirm the shipping date of my order, I was pleased to hear that they remembered my order and found it very quickly. They were friendly and courteous and delivered what they promised. Packaging was good and I would certainly buy from them again.

Shopping experience was good. I was looking for a crock pot however with a flat base. I since found one for much cheaper at Wal-Mart...it was a nicer one also, but the product was good at the Kitchen Clique. Thank you.

The product that I ordered, the Cuisinart Griddler, is out of stock at KitchenClique and many other retailers. Unlike many other retailers, KitchenClique telephone me to inform me that the product is on backorde and offered me the opportunity to cancel, change or keep the order unchanged. The initial telephone call was in late December. I received a second telephone call in early January informing me that the product is still on back order, but once received, my order would be the first one filled. I appreciate the follow-up. Excellent customer service.
