The Customer Service Department needs to be more friendly with the customer on the phone if the customer is not
certain that the website is for individuals or business customers! Hopefully Kitchen Clique Management can train and have meetings with there customer service Reps.

Over all the web site was easy to get through. But when web site says the item is in stock it should be in stock. I probably would use somebody else next time to recieve my order quicker. Peter n Guy jr.

The best part about them was the low prices which made it worth it. The worst was that their web site is dated and could use an overhaul and be modernized, but that might cost enough to raise prices. Prices are the main draw and for name brand products with a merchant who gives you good service, appearance comes last and good prices first.

This merchant had the preferred product at the best price on the internet. The items ordered were promptly shipped with excellent tracking of the shipment. Items were well packed and arrived in great condition. Would definitely use this merchant again.

I looked up the toaster oven I was wanted, and The Kitchen Clique was listed as a vendor. They had the best price and no shipping fees. The ordering was simple and fast. My toaster oven arrived a day early and in great shape. I don't order often over the internet because I do worry about identity theft.

They NEVER bother to contact me to tell me there will be delays. I have to continually email them to find out what is going on. They keep telling me it will be shipped "next week." I have not received the product yet.
