It was nice to see that they had exactly what I was looking for. This is the 1st time I have ever ordered anything online. I will probely shop online again if I can not find what I'm looking for. I thought this item was discontinued because I cound not find it at any store, and I had gone to many many stores.

Kitchen Clique sent the wrong can opener. It took twenty minutes of my time on the phone to discover that they chose to send me a different one, without my okay, because they did not have the one I wanted in stock. They claimed that the manufacaturer discontinued it. (Many other sites offer it and I already now have it.) Upon receiving the item, they did promptly credit my account, but without the tax I had paid.
