Merchant did not have item in stock, and was not sure when they would have it in. Merchant called me in a timely fashion. I ended up canceling the order. The merchant's customer service was very polite. Even though I didn't buy anything from them, I would rate them as good.

they were the only ones with the item i was interested in, but their shipping rates were expensive. i chose to go with the free shipping if i bought a certain amount. their selection of goods could have been bigger.

Ordering was easy but then they lost my order (for over a week). Fortunately there was a number to call and I got through rather quickly. This must be a warehouse front for multiple businesses because when I first spoke with them they identifed themselves as a different electronics store, not Kitchen Clique. At least they were able to find my order and processed it quickly, and I received the merchandise fairly quickly and in fine condition.

Over all the web site was easy to get through. But when web site says the item is in stock it should be in stock. I probably would use somebody else next time to recieve my order quicker. Peter n Guy jr.

I still haven't riceived the crock pot. The survey I
received from Kitchen Clique was so small I couldn't

I have to say that my experience trying to shop at The Kitchen Clique was not so pleasant. The Kitchen Clique needs to work on the shipping process. The cost of express shipping is outrageously priced especially if you are shipping within the US. I was being charged for an express shipping for $115.00 for an item that wasn't even going to arrive the next working day but 4 days later.
So I cancelled my order and I placed an order with some else and their express UPS shipping was $20.00 if you can believe that.

Kitchen Clique sent the wrong can opener. It took twenty minutes of my time on the phone to discover that they chose to send me a different one, without my okay, because they did not have the one I wanted in stock. They claimed that the manufacaturer discontinued it. (Many other sites offer it and I already now have it.) Upon receiving the item, they did promptly credit my account, but without the tax I had paid.

They NEVER bother to contact me to tell me there will be delays. I have to continually email them to find out what is going on. They keep telling me it will be shipped "next week." I have not received the product yet.
