I have a positive opinion of them.
Even though they could not fill my order.
The quickly cancelled my order and refunded the money when they, after two days, decided they could not fill the order.
Also, Your questin six is a poorly phrased option. NO CONTACT WAS REQUIRED and you do not give this option and REQUIRE a response!!

I was very satisfied with the way my order was handled.
The only problem was with FedEx. The driver delivered the package to another address and did not leave any notice at my house. It took me three days to track down where the package had been left.

I was unable to find a replacement battery for my older thinkpad at any other vendor including Lenovo.com. A Google search for "Thinkpad Batteries" included Laptops for Less. I went to their website and found exactly what I was looking for! My order was shipped promptly and arrived in Texas in four days. The price was quite reasonable too. I am very satisfied with Laptops for Less.

Long wait on the phone to get to a person to get an RMA on the wrong part.
Not real happy with the tracking of the shipment of the second part. All I had to track from Fed Ex was a delivery date until the day it was delivered.
FYI, Newegg is much faster than Laptopsforless.
